Product Orders
When you place an order for Aqua4Life Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs), you agree to the following:
- All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Aqua4Life
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time
- Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on product availability and destination
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable to your order
Note: Installation requirements may vary based on product model and location. Professional installation is recommended for all commercial and industrial units.
Warranty and Service
Aqua4Life provides the following warranty terms for our products:
- Residential Units: 2-year limited warranty on parts and labor
- Commercial Units: 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor
- Industrial Units: 1-year limited warranty with optional extended coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage from natural disasters, accidents, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear or consumable parts (filters, UV lamps, etc.)
To claim warranty service, contact our support team with proof of purchase and description of the issue.
Maintenance Requirements
To ensure optimal performance of your AWG system, regular maintenance is required:
- Filter replacements every 6-12 months depending on usage and environment
- UV lamp replacement annually for purification systems
- Quarterly cleaning and sanitization of water reservoirs
- Annual professional inspection for commercial and industrial units
Failure to perform recommended maintenance may void your warranty and affect water quality. We offer maintenance plans for all product categories.
Limitations of Liability
Aqua4Life shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the services and products offered on this site. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service.
Aqua4Life products are designed to produce clean drinking water when properly maintained. However, we are not liable for:
- Water quality issues resulting from improper installation or maintenance
- System failures due to extreme environmental conditions or natural disasters
- Health issues related to water consumption when maintenance guidelines are not followed
- Performance issues in environments with humidity below 30%
Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Aqua4Life or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
You may not:
- Republish material from this website without permission

Return Policy
Aqua4Life accepts returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Custom or special-order items cannot be returned
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, UK.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
